This HO Locomotive is from Bachmann's line of "DCC ON BOARD" locomotives which comes DCC Equipped directly from the factory. With these easy-to-use and affordable E.Z. Command Locomotives, you can digitally control speed, lighting, and direction. Compatible with all NMRA-compliant DCC systems.

EMD GP40 is a 4-axle diesel locomotive built by General Motors Electro-Motive Division between November 1965 and December 1971. Power was provided by an EMD 645E3 16-cylinder engine which generated 3000 horsepower.
