The Rix Maxwell Ave. House kit is modeled after mid western homes built during the 1930's and 1940's. They feature clapboard walls, asphalt roof and brick porch. The Rix Maxwell Ave. House kit come in three versions. Kit number 201 is a small house with no porch. Kit 202 is a house with front porch and kit 203 is a house with side porch. Kit 204 is the porch only. Rix Maxwell Ave. House is molded in three colors. Roof, Brown. Walls, White. Brick porch, Red.
